What is ‘pentesting’? 

A ‘penetration test’ is a process by which ethical hackers are deployed to test an organisation's cybersecurity position with the primary intention of highlighting vulnerabilities.

How do I know if I am a Small / Medium / Large sized Business?

‘Small businesses’ have 1-10 employees, ‘Medium sized’ businesses have 11-99 employees, and Large sized businesses have 100+ employees. Corporate enterprises have over 500+ employees / or are listed on the ASX.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my report?

We aim to complete all orders within a period of seven business days - However - this is subject to both internal and external pressures.

 

Do I need to set up an account?

No! To limit the amount of data collection - you do not need to create an account to access our services.

 

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the desired service and press ‘add to cart’, then, go to your cart and fill in your details - soon after a team-member will come in contact with you to help further the initiation process.

 

What is UpscaleCybers confidentiality procedure?

You can check out our policies through the ‘Policy Tab’! In summary, we do not share your data with any third-parties. When a service is requested a non-disclosure agreement will be created and signed to reassure your confidentiality needs.

 

Why doesn't UpscaleCyber accept crypto?

The short answer is no… Due to market volatility - it isn’t viable for UpscaleCyber to accept crypto currencies. 

 

Can I come and visit the office?

Due to ‘SARS-CoV-2’ - commonly referred to as Covid-19 - UpscaleCyber is no longer accepting in house visits for the time being. However - If an in person meeting is desirable an alternate venue can be arranged.

 

Does UpscaleCyber do Pro Bono work for Non-for-profit-organizations?

YES! Do not be afraid to reach out to our customer service team!

 

Does UpscaleCyber offer any other services?

At UpscaleCyber our team specialises in Website-Security. Providing a premium, thorough and specialised service is our goal, hence the reasoning as to why we only offer the one service - "Jack of all trades, Master of none". However - we can refer you to reputable entities who can assist you with all of your technical needs!
